- you are going to do 2 squares on the grid in your computer but in your notebook you have to write down all the new words to be looked up in a bilingual dictionary and three of them with English definitions from an English dictionary.

Monday 26.-Finish the quiz. .
 Do Cmap 7.:  In a white sheet.
-In the front part of the sheet, write all  the titles.
-In the back part, write the vocabulary words by lessons and grammar rules.

Monday 13.- Congratulations if  you have your book so you can start with the Vocabulary in lesson 1. Make a sentence and a question for each unit 1 vocabulary word.

Wednesday 8.- In groups we´re going to read a magazine article so you can talk about the paragraphs to the class in English.
I´m checking the cards and all things I gave you instructions for in the blog entries in last weeks blog entries.

Friday 10.- I´m starting with the card checking then go over to today´s secretary so she can check mark your  homework:

Plan Week Jan. 23-27,2012

Welcome

Here we are again starting a new semester.I hope you can continue improving all the English skills. I´ll give you the 1st. week Jan.23-27, 2012 plan, which is the framework week:


Monday 23.-Welcome students!We´re having classes in your classroom until the English department building is finished and ready to work there. Go around the room and ask 5 favorites to be written in your notebook. In pairs, tell  the class what information you have in your notebook.
HW: make personal information card to put in a file box with your Lab log.

Tuesday 24.- In an index or paper card make a  Lab log card, which will have in the back part the user´s name, password, list number, blogspot an its password, favorite1, favorite2, favorite3, and the most 3 admired persons. In the front part write all the semester Tuesdays.
HW:In the web look for a cover letter format and the names of the parts of the letter, so you can talk about the cover letter parts  in class.

Wednesday 25.-I´m giving  two minutes to talk about the cover letter. Start your 1st. draft in Spanish for the cover letter you´re writing  me in the blog due on Friday 27th in English.
HW: write the classroom and Lab rules and a commitment to follow them  in the 2nd entry of the blog  titled Rules.

Thursday 26.-We´re reviewing  question and sentence sequence so you can write them on the board to check.

Friday 27.-We´re doing a vocabulary diagnostic test.Go to the Computer Center to check the cover letter due for today.
